Meeting the Security Team may sound daunting, but they are a lovely team with a very important role to play.
They will walk through your completed Referencing & Vetting Form with you in person, ask any relevant questions or update the form with any new information or updates that may come to light.
The purpose of the interview is to validate the information provided on the form to ensure that you have the ability to gain an Airside Pass.
Once the Security Interview is complete, all information will be passed to the Referencing & Vetting Team who will be responsible for completing all referencing against the agreed regulatory and security standards.
You can park for free. Remember to take a ticket at the barrier and collect an exit ticket following your Security and Medical Review
Documents
We will also need you to bring along a number of documents to provide proof of your Right to Work in the UK (Document A) and also additional documents for Verification of Identity (Document B) in order to obtain an Airside Pass.
It is very important that we see original documents, and if you are unable to provide all relevant documents then you will unfortunately not be seen on the day.
If your visa is currently in an out of date passport, if you have documents that are currently with the Home Office, or if you are waiting for your Biometric card to arrive, please let us know immediately.
We would unfortunately need to reschedule this stage until a time where you can bring along these documents.
Here are two checklists that will help you gather the required documents together. We will also email these to you.
