If you prefer a one-to-one interview with a member of our team instead, that’s absolutely fine.
The interview will be with one of our recruitment team and will last about 25 minutes. They’ll call you and go through a series of questions. Don’t worry, everyone in our team is friendly and supportive – we know people get nervous sometimes, it’s completely normal. Think of it as a phone call with a potential new colleague.
If you’re using a mobile, please make sure you have enough phone battery, and your signal is good. Please ensure you’re somewhere quiet with no distractions so you can relax, concentrate on the call and take time to think about your answers.
As well as completing our questionnaire, it’s important that you familiarise yourself with our referencing and vetting process and get started as soon as possible to avoid any delays in your application.
